Shipping
We currently only have domestic shipping. We ship to all 50 states. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and ship within 1-2 business days.
Once you place your order, we cannot alter, add or remove anything to/from your order. Please carefully fill out your full name at checkout, including first and last name to prevent any postal delays.
Modesty Made will not be held liable for any damage which has been caused to your items by a third-party dry-cleaning company or any washing/drying to your apparel & hijabs. We don't offer any price adjustments under any circumstances.
We offer 3 shipping options:
- Economy Shipping (delivery window of 5-8 business days)
- Standard Shipping (delivery window of 3-4 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days)
For orders $49 or more, Economy shipping (USPS Standard Shipping) is free. For orders under $49, Economy shipping is $8.00. If you need to receive your items sooner, you can choose Standard or Expedited shipping options at checkout.
Please note that shipping estimates do not include processing time and that orders must meet designated free shipping minimums after all discounts and promotional codes have been applied.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If your package is delivered by the courier with proof of delivery and you did not receive your package, then a complaint must be filed with the courier.
Modesty made is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or the courier side.
Delivery Delays
Please make sure we are processing and dispatching all orders on time. However, we are unable to offer compensation for any unforeseen delivery delays after your item has left our warehouse, as these situations are beyond the control of Modesty Made. If you would like to pursue compensation for any inconvenience, please consider reaching out to the courier directly.
