    Refund policy

    Returns and Exchanges

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returned items are subject to review and inspection. Items returned dirty, damaged or worn will be charged a fee or will be sent back to the customer. Items sent to us by mistake, with the wrong label, or that do not meet our return criteria won't be returned to you or refunded, they will be discarded. Once received and inspected, we can process your return or exchange within 7-10 business days if it meets our return policy.

    All shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.

    For all original payment method returns the cost of the return is deducted from your final refund.

    Modesty Made reserves the right to deny an exchange or refund if the item does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed.

    Exchanges

    You can exchange your item for the same item in another size seamlessly, or exchange your product for a completely new item of your choice. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Items that are ineligible for return or exchange

    Any items marked Final Sale will not be approved for returns. 

    All bonnets, accessories and gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

    Our Guarantee on Faulty Returns

    Although this does not happen often, we guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for a refund. A refund will be issued on items that have a manufacturing default upon delivery. If you suspect a faulty item, please contact our customer service team at info@modestymade.com within 3 days of receiving your order to address the nature of the fault. We'll be more than happy to send you a return label to ship back the items with a full refund or exchange depending on the nature of your order.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
